Stress-management techniques, such as 1:1 assisted stretching, yoga, or guided breathing are employed to reduce & release tension that comes as a natural part of our lives, whether work-related, interpersonal, or situational. With both the body & mind feeling at ease, life comes back into focus, & your feelings of control & well-being begin to return.

Our program in stress management is approached with care, compassion, and expertise. Clients are welcomed into a supportive, non-judgmental space to explore the sources of their stress—whether work-related, interpersonal, or situational. Together, we will develop a personalized, practical stress management plan tailored to your individual needs, interests, and learning style. The goal is to equip you with accessible tools and techniques you can rely on anytime—empowering you to respond to stress with confidence, clarity, and calm.
One-on-One
Yoga
Each personalized yoga session begins with a brief seated centering practice designed to calm the nervous system and promote mindful awareness. From there, we’ll explore yoga postures paired with therapeutic breathwork, tailored to your unique abilities, goals, and physical limitations. Sessions typically include a balanced combination of strengthening and stretching poses to support both stability and flexibility, while advancing your technical practice as you wish. Each session concludes with a guided relaxation to integrate the practice and leave you feeling grounded, refreshed, and restored.
One-on-One Assisted
Stretching
At our sister practice, Franklin Stretching & Mobility, each session in our relaxing office will begin with a brief consultation to assess how your body is feeling that day, and to identify any areas of noticeable tightness or tension. From there, we will move into a full-body, hands-on assisted stretch session, with particular focus on the areas requiring extra attention. Because the body’s muscles are interconnected through fascia and connective tissue, this holistic approach not only addresses specific problem areas but also also promotes overall relaxation, improved mobility, and a sense of physical ease
throughout the entire body.
